PlantDoctor: key questions before getting started
Start here. A failed scan, a missing reminder or a purchase issue each has its own help page.
PlantDoctor offers photo-based guidance. Analysis needs internet; tasks and saved plants help with follow-up care.
Device and language
PlantDoctor is available for iPhone on the App Store. The app supports English and German and follows your iPhone’s language. Switching this website’s language does not change the app language. Check the App Store listing for current device and iOS requirements.
Analysis and its limits
A scan uses three guided photos. Analysis needs an internet connection and can be wrong. Clear pictures and your knowledge of location and care help you compare suggestions. A photo does not replace inspecting hidden root damage.
Plants, tasks and plans
Free offers limited scans and plants to get to know the app. Plus and Pro expand capacity and enable care tasks. Use the plans page for an overview and the purchase screen for current prices and available offers.
