## § 1 Scope

These terms apply to the PlantDoctor app by Impulse Apps, owner Sherif Mahmoud, Hermannstal 16, 22119 Hamburg, Germany. Apple’s [Standard EULA](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies in addition.

## § 2 What you get

PlantDoctor analyses plant photos with artificial intelligence, explains possible causes and suggests care and treatment. It also includes plant management, care tasks with reminders and a symptom library. Features differ between the free version and the Plus and Pro subscriptions.

## § 3 Account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details confidential. You can delete your account in the app at any time.

## § 4 Subscriptions and payment

Plus and Pro are billed through your Apple account; you see the price before you buy. Both come with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; if the trial ends without cancellation, the paid subscription starts.

You can cancel at any time in the iPhone settings under your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

## § 5 No guarantee for analysis results

The analysis is done by artificial intelligence and can be wrong. A photo never shows every cause of a plant problem. Results are guidance and do not replace advice from an expert. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when using plant protection products.

## § 6 Your obligations

Use the app only for its purpose. Decompiling the app and automated queries are not allowed. Only upload photos you hold the rights to.

## § 7 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

## § 8 Availability and changes

We keep developing PlantDoctor and may change or discontinue features as long as this does not put you at an unreasonable disadvantage. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Changes to these terms are announced in the app or on this page.

## § 9 Law and contact

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Questions: [support@impulse-apps.de](mailto:support@impulse-apps.de).
